Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the only place to find him is Mickey's Halloween Party.

The first one was taken before I started my collection. I was at Mickey's halloween party with my grand children an didn't realize this was the only place Tarzan shows up at.It was at Mickey's Halloween Party. The second one was on the trail in Animal Kingdom. Terk shows up there quite a bit. I am planning on going to Mickey's not-so-scary Halloween Party again. This time I will be looking for Tarzan. FOUND HIM.
